Booking all four beds

There are three of us and I'd like to book the full cabin for all three of us - basically four beds. Can I do this? Does it make sense? How do I do that as I don't have a name for the fourth person?

It is clear. Many passengers want private cabin. But you could not book for the forth person because the railway adopts real-name systerm when booking.
