About:Chinese Embassy in Brunei

Fee for Brunei PR

I would like to know the fee for single entry for below Brunei PR should be BND 20 or BND 55?
1. Brunei PR with International Certificate of Identity
2. Brunei PR with Malaysia passport

Dear, it charges BND20 for Brunei PR. And it charges BND55 for the applicant from a third country.
