Actually, September is the rainy season of this area. There will have many heavy rainy days. And I'm afraid that you cannot fully enjoy the sightseeing. So you are suggested to change the travel plan. November to April are good time to tour around. It may be warm and moist. There may have fewer rainy days. You can arrange many outdoor activities at that time. :)
