Yes. Two and half days are enough to cover the main attractions of Shanghai city including a trip to Zhujiajiao. You may spend one and half days to explore the city, like Yuyuan Garden, the Bund, Nanjing Road, etc. Then spend another whole day at Zhujiajiao.
