Nampula resident, how can we get visa to China

Hi I am resident of Mozambique Kenya passport holder my wife also resident Pakistan passport holder we went many time china we get visa from Kenya before we are base in nampula 2500 kilometers from Maputo how we can apply for it from Maputo can we send same body Whit all document and passport is it OK or we have to go our self pls reply thanks
