Mauritian applying for business visa in South Korea

Hello,

I'm from Mauritius, i had a business entry permit (M type - single entry for 3 months) for China but i had to go for a business trip in US. I would like to know if i can come to South Korea to apply for a new Business M type instead of going back to Mauritius?

Thanks,
Melina

Melina, if you go to China to do business for no more than 30 days, there is no need to apply for a business visa. It’s because Mauritian passport holder can enjoy free entry to PRC for a stay of no more than 30 days.
But if you need to stay for more than 30 days, it’s possible for you to apply for it in South Korea. You can have a try.
