About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

senior citizen discount fare for hong kong transportation from other country

I have 70 years old parents planning to visit HK. How can they avail the discount MRT fare for senior citizen from Philippines? Which card fit for them the octopus or the airport express travel pass? Do they have a discount?

The Airport Express Travel Pass has no discount for the elderly. But your parents can buy two Standard Octopus Cards for the Elderly Card. In this way, they can enjoy a discount fare when swiping the card. :)
