About:How to Buy Tickets

passport loss

Hello, Currently i loss my passport and already got police report and confirmation loss report from exit entry public bureau shenzhen. I need to apply new temporary passport in Indonesia consulate. Can i buy bullet train ticket to guangzhou without my original passport?

If you already report loss of the passport at police office, there should be some kind of document offered by the office to confirm the loss. You can take that document with you and go for the station for your ticket. If possible, it maybe better if you also have a original passport copy.
