About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

fake a transit

i plan to go from Taipei -> Shanghai -> Taipei so I'm not eligible for the transit.
But if i buy a ticket Shanghai -> Hongkong (But I will never go on this flight) the same day i will leave shanghai for Taipei, they will think that I'm in transit and accept my request ?

Piere, if you have the confirmed air ticket, I think it may be okay.
