A Power-wheelchair user, how to get to China Import and Export from Guangzhou Airport by subway?

I am Korean, a power-wheelchair user.
I'll visit ur country for Canton Fair for the first time
I will go to the Import and Export from the airport in April.
Please let me know,
Can I access the entrance, platform, train without any problem?
I need an Elevator or lift(or ramp when the gap between the train and the platform).
Can I ask for a guide at the metro transfer station?
