Where can I buy halal meat at Dalian?

Salam. I'm a Muslim and I'm moving there in March. I would like to know where I can buy halal meat in the city? Is there even one available?

Sure! You may go to Pin Yang Ge Minority Restaurant beside the mosque at No. 98, Beijing Street, Xigang District. It is about 500 yards to the north of People's Square. :) Try to have a taste of the food there.
