No, the airport shuttle bus doesn't get to Bell Tower nowadays.
So you are suggested to take shuttle bus East Street Line, get off at Grand Metropark Hotel first, which is around 1.6km away from Bell Tower. It takes around an hour on the way. The ticket fare is CNY 25 per person. Then take a taxi to the destination. The cab fare is CNY 9.0
