I'm going to Beijing with my chidren aged 3-12 yrs old in mid december. what activities can we do ?

The highlights are the Forbidden City, Great Wall, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Hutongs, etc. If your children are interested, you can also include the Happy Valley, but actually it will be very cold in December. The best time to visit is from March to November.
