As I know, you can go to Tung Chung Epiphany Visitation Chapel. It's located at 13, Sheung Ling Pei, Tung Chung, Lantau Island.
About the mass in English on weekends, you should go inside Tung Chung Catholic School. The schedules are 09:00 on Sunday and 19:15 on Saturday.During weekdays, you can go to the small chapel. And the English mass starts at 20:00 on Friday. :)1
