Pre paid SIM card for both data & voice

Is there any SIM card that can be use immediately after purchase for foreingners?

Of course. Just have one at the service office of China Mobile, Unicom or Telecom with your passport. Usually you need to pay CNY100 for a new card, just insert into your phone and make a call. At last, I wanna remind you that it is important to figure it out which carrier your mobile phone is applied to.
