Is there any direct bus from Fenghuang to Changsha or I have to go to Jishou to catch one?

And what time is the lastest bus for this route (Fenghuang--> Changsha)? Is the bus ticket available to buy in advance since I'm worried it is sold out quickly during May day holiday?
