Can I travel with 2 power banks?

Hi was wondering if I can carry 2 power banks 10400mAh each and 37.4Wh each from Yiwu to Guangzhou and later on board an international flight from Guangzhou?

Yes, you can take them. But they should be put into the carry-on luggage.

All power packs must clearly show the out put power, if not airport security will take the power packs from you.
I personally saw at least 2 people have conviscated from passger one being from my party. I hve checked many web sites and not one mentions that the power packs have to state a power output. Security will not allow secondary infomation ie loging on to a web site to confirm the output.
