About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

I'm planning to go to Hong kong this December, can I apply visa upon arrival

or do I need to apply it before going there. Im Belgian.

Ging, you don't need the entry permit for HK actually if you go there for tourism or business purpose and the stay is not over 90 days.
