hello i plan to bicycle around taiwan.

Question

My vacation time is during the winter months december to March.  Would there be any sunny days?  And would it be too cold to enjoy?   thank you

Actually, March is a good choice, as it is usually cool but you will not feel cold. Comparing to Dec. Jan. and Feb., there will be less rain in March. Enjoy your trip.
