I want to go from the Hangzhou airport to 290 donxing Ave plaza bin Jiang district 310053.

Can you tell me how?

I'd recommend you take shuttle bus Pinghai Road line to the terminal station - Metropark Hotel on Pinghai Road in around an hour with CNY20. Then catch a taxi to your destination in around 20min and the fare can be CNY35 or around.
