what is the quickest transport from xianyang airport to xian railway station?

We are supposed to arrive at Xianyang airport om April 24 at 12.00h. The train leaves from railway station at 15.42h. What is the best and quickest way to get there? Do we need to make any reservation for this transfer?

Oh, it's advised to take a taxi at the airport and go to the railway station directly. In general, it takes around 40 to 50 mins on the way. There are many taxis waiting out of the terminal building. You can easily get one. So booking one in advance is not necessary.
