hi i am from Philippines i just want to know about free visa.

Is that mean i can tour anytime to macau with no entry permit? Except from ticket and hotels reservation what are the other requirements should i prepare? I have a boyfriend indian national and we are planning to have a tour there but we are not going together we will just meet there coz he is in india and i am in Philippines.
