Hi. What options are there for going from Shilong Town, Dongguan to Xiamen?

Well, taking direct long-distance bus or normal speed train is the best choice for you.
You are suggested to take a taxi from Shilong Town to DG East Railway Station. Then take high-speed train to Shenzhen North Railway Station. It takes around 50 mins on the way. After arriving, at the same railway station, transfer to Xiamen by direct bullet train. The duration is about 4 hours.0
