How to find out when huanglong park is open?

I would like to go on April 3rd. Also, I want to travel there from Jiuzhaigou. What is the cheapest and easiest way to get there? Thank you!

Huanglong Park is open in March and April, but it may be closed some day if the weather is poor. From Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong, the most convenient way is charter a car, the price is around CNY300 and the ride takes about 2.5 hours. Or you may take bus from Jiuzhaigou Bus Station in the early morning to Huanglong and bus journey takes around 3 hours.
