lunchtime concerts in april

Question

I am a music teacher in Hangzhou and I would like to bring my 10 students to a concert in the Shanghai Concert Hall.  I have been invited by music friends to concerts during 2014 and 2015 but I do not know where to look for concert schedule and make bookings.  Please can you help with an English website or at the very least, a contact phone number.Many thanks Tom

Well, you can find the concert schedules on its official website. But those pages including booking pages don't have English version. So if you have Chinese friends, you can ask help for them and decide the concert&date. Then you can dial 400-8918182 to book the tickets in advance. :)
