Hong Kong Airport to JW Marriott Hotel

We will be traveling there for 2 days. Our hotel is the JW Marriott Hotel. We have three adults, a 7-year old child, and an infant.
1. What's the best way to get to our hotel from the airport using the airport express?
2. How much will this cost us?
3. How long will it take?
4. Are we better off just taking a taxi?
Thanks!

1. You may take Airport Express line to HK station. Then, take the free shuttle bus line H1 to Stop 4: JW Marriott Hotel.
2. It costs HKD 100 per adult; HKD 50 per child (aged 3-11). To save money, you can buy a group ticket of four passengers. It costs HKD 280. By the way, the infant can ride free.
3. The trip takes about 25 minutes.
4. Yes, it is more convenient for you to take a taxi. The fare may be around HKD 300.

Thank you for your reply. Since we would be staying in HK for 2-days, we will also need a Octopus Card. If we are taking the taxi from Airport to JW Marriott, then we would need to purchase an Octopus Card for 2-adults, 1-elder, 1-child, and 1-infant. Questions:
1. Which Octopus Card would you recommend? The regular one, tourist one-day pass one, or others?
2. If the tourist 1-day pass, could we add more funds to it once it's used?
3. Could we use the Octopus Card to ride on the double-decker buses? If not, how much are the double-decker buses if we pay cash?
4. Would you recommend for us to get the Airport Express Travel Pass instead?

Thanks again!

1&4. You are advised to buy Standard Octopus Cards. The infant can ride free. For adults, you need to pay HKD 50 as a refundable deposit, and HKD 100 as the minimum intial stored value. For the elderly and the child, you need to pay HKD 50 as a refundable deposit, and HKD 20 as the minimum intial stored value. You can use it to ride on MTR, Light Rail, buses, ferries, trams, etc. Also, you can add value to it.
2. It is only for day use and cannot be topped up.
3. Yes, you can ride on the double-decked buses. May you have a wonderful time! :)

Thanks for the reply. Sorry.... one more question. Since we'll be taking the taxi from airport to JW Marriott, is there a specific taxi that we should take? We have 3 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant. And perhaps a title of 5-6 luggage's. And what is customary for tips? Many thanks again!
