Job change in 2016: I was born in May 1983.

I have faced some problems at work and would like to change job. However, I have not been able to secure any new job so far. Is 2016 a good year for me to change job? Should I hang on to my current job despite the problems that I'm facing?

It is recommended to stay in the current job. Maybe you can try to switch the department and that might solve some of your problems.

Due to the nature of my work, I am unable to change department. The problems at my work keeps recurring and this is frustrating me. Will I have any luck to find a new job?

Well, if you really want a change, there will truly be many job offers. But you need to be extremely careful when you negotiate with the contract. Make sure you are clear of every item. But the new job is predicted not to be that satisfying.

Since you have such an unhappy work condition right now. Taking a break from it to welcome a baby might be the right decision. In addition, 2016 is also a good year for you to start own business. Maybe change into a new environment can make your life better!
