Do you refer to Xinpi Township? If yes, you can take shuttle bus to get to Taoyuan High-speed Train Station first. Then take bullet train and get off at Pingtung High-speed Train Station. The train schedules are 09:34, 10:31, 12:31, 13:34, 15:31, 17:31 and 18:01. The ticket fare is NT$413 per person. After that, you are suggested to hire a private car to the township.
