I am planning to take mu in-laws to visit and one of them is not fit to climb or walking any distance more than a kilometer without wheelchair. Could you kindly let me know that if

Oh, many popular scenic areas have barrier-free facilities and services, including rampway, aessible toilets, special ticket counters and parking lot for disabled people. It won't be very difficult for you to visit major scenic spots.
And as I know, this park can provide wheelchairs. When you arriving there, you can consult the staff of Tourist Service Centre at Tuofeng Gate Entrance.
