Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to Suzhou

Hello
I will be arriving at the airport at 1730 hours. I have to travel to Suzhou after that. Can you please tell me
1. timing of the shuttle bus (there are different timings mentioned on different travel portals)
2. whether we get the tickets of the spot or can we book them in advance online from India
