Our arrival in hong kong on Apr.1, 2016 is 12:45am. Is there available transportstion that time?

Of course. Eccept taxis which are in service for 24 hours, overnight buses will operate all night and their numbers start with "N". Upon landing, just follow the clear guiding signs to find them.
