Getting a visa in a third country?

Hi I am currently in South Korea and was going to apply for a tourist L type entry permit. I have been to China many times and had a Z type before. I was wondering about "Proof of legal stay or resdence status (applicable to those not applying in their country of citizenship)" I am on a tourist entry permit here in Korea so I don't really have proof of legal stay. What would i need to show for that?

Jeff, did you enjoy free entry to South Korea? If yes, you can provide your entry record (a stamp on your passport when you enter) as the proof of your legal stay in Korea.

Usually, you don’t need to submit the bank statement.
