Hello! Are we compatible?

Hi, I really believe in Chinese Astrology and I have been reading a lot about it. An older man that I'm interested in was born on January 05, 1985 and I was born on January 12, 1989. I want to know are we compatible? He's very mature and serious with everyone else. But with me he's been very affectionate, and almost shy.
