I would like to know if July is a good time to visit TPE,either north or south part?

ReplyWell, I don't think so. It will be during the typhoon season and there will be much rainfall in all parts. If possible, you'd better avoid traveling then. And the best timing for trips there can be during Nov. to the next Mar.00Reply
