Latest time on collecting hong kong airport express pass online booking

if online booking for the AE pass reaching Hong Kong flight is 11.45pm. After custom check & luggage collection it maybe 0.30 am, is that in time to redeem tickets (round trip) at the customer service center on such of late hour?

Yes, you can collect the travel pass at the Customer Service Center upon landing at HKIA. I remember it is open til the closure of express train, around 00:48. Hurry up, and you can make it. :)
