Latest time on collecting hong kong airport express pass online booking

if online booking for the AE pass reaching Hong Kong flight is 11.45pm. After custom check & luggage collection it maybe 0.30 am, is that in time to redeem tickets (round trip) at the customer service center on such of late hour?
