My BF DOB 10/23/1984 and my DOB 04/12/1988.

I just wanna ask what is the lucky/perfect date for as to get our wedding day on civil.

Hi, according to the dates of your birth, there are lucky dates every month in 2016. Which month do you prefer? Anyway, in May, the 1st, 7th and 18th are recommended; in Aug. the 2nd, 9th, and 21st are fine.
