About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Is Chinese visa required??

My friend who holds a canadian passport will travel to philippines and will join me on a group tour in china...does she needs a entry permit going to china from the philippines.

Well, in normal cases, she should apply for a tourist L type entry permit.
