About:Marriage Registration in China
I married a Chinese girl in USA.We go to PRC to live. How to get our marriage recognized in PRC?

ReplyJoseph, you should first have your marriage certificate notarized by the local notary public, and then have the notarized marriage certificate authenticated by the country clerk (some States require that) and Secretary of State. After that, go to the consulate general of PRC to have your marriage certificate attested.
After all the processes, your marriage will be recognized by PRC.00Reply
