About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi i'm from Malaysian, it is first time we want to visit china (shenzhen).

Can we apply visa on arrival? Got confused because some tell can, and some tell cannot . Thanksss!

As, you can possibly get VOA in Shenzhen.
