About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

One entry Z visa

Hi I have a Z type and have been living and working in shanghai for 5 months. Can i change my one entry Z type to a multiple entry type as I would like to travel out of the country to visit a friend in Europe in October. What is the process and what can i do?

Tiffany, if you have worked for 5 months so far, I think you must have obtained the residence permit, right?
Actually, if you have the residence permit, you can use it exit and enter PRC freely as long as it is valid.
