where to buy china unicom simcards?

I had a hard time today searching for shops which sell nicom simcards. It seems only special shops have this.Any Idea where to buy it? I live in Dalian.

You can buy one in the CN unicom business hall. The business halls distributed in many places in Dalian, such as Shanghai Road, Tongxing Street, and Chengren Street. It would be very easy to find it.
