invitation latter

Hello Dear i am Umar Thanks a lot for your help
your were said that for my wife long term S1 visa, i need 2 invitations latter for taking my wife here one is from me and one is from my company
my company give me that forms i fill that form with my hand not on computer and a from which is from my company they just put company stamp on it
is that finish? just handwritten fill form with company stamp its all? no other stamp need? or anything else?
and a letter from me on that there is no stamp need?
