vn passport. i have recidency permit in Germany.going to Vn via HKG , do i need apply HKG visa

i am vietnamese , living in dusseldorf, residency permit in German. going to Vn,via HKG...do i need a HKG entry permit?
i am only a transit, waitting time at the Airport of HKG aprrox 2-3 hrs , then fly futher to Saigon VN
