About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

Z visa from Warsaw

Hello.
I'm an American currently working in Kraków with my Italian passport (dual citizenship). I'm moving to China and need to get my work z type from Warsaw with the permit and invitation letter being sent from my chinese employer. I was told I shouldn't encounter problems. Is that accurate? What is the cost of the work Z type and can my employer send a payment for the work Z type?
Thank you

Ang, it’s accurate. A work Z type costs 220 zloty and your employer can send a payment for it.

Thanks Sarah!
One more question- I sent an email to the Chinese embassy in Warsaw asking if I can get the entry permit with the American passport and no residency papers (as I'm just here working with Italian passport). They said this wouldn't be a problem. Is this true in your experience?

Personally, I don't think you can use the American passport to apply because you have no residency papers on this passport. However, if the embassy told you it was allowed, they might have their own reasons. It's worth a try.
