Do we need to bring along our Wind Breaker when we are going to Shantou on 1st week of March?

It will be 60 F to 70 F at that time according to the forecast. It may have some showers. The climate will be cool and damp. Wind Breaker is not necessary. You can prepare thick long-sleeved shirts, jackets, jeans and pants.0
