Hi..! We will be going to Harbin from 4 till 7th March 2016, how is the weather there? Thx

It will snow then, and the temperature will range between -18C to 2C. It is bitter cold. You are advised to take down jackets, thick sweater, warm pants, and boots. In a word, keep warm and have fun! :)
