Take bus line 115 from the airport to Taichung Park (Sanmin Road). Next, walk east along Gongyuan Road for about 600 yards to Taichung Gancheng Station. Then, take a coach to Cingjing Farm. The coaches are scheduled at 8:25, 9:25, 10:00, 11:25, 12:25, and 14:25. The fare is TWD 251.1
