Is it easy to find children's clothes/toys in Yantai?

Generally yes, you can find at the malls and some stores along the street, but I heard it is not that easy to find wholesale for them in the city. And I know a Toys R US at the Inzone Mall, no. 126, South Street, Zhifu District.
