About:Hangzhou Railway Station

Escalators and porters at Hangzhou Station

Would anyone know if there are escalators from the elevated waiting rooms down to the platforms. Also is there a fee-paying porter service there to help passengers with large luggage. I've seen such services at other stations in China.

As I remember, you need to walk around 3 mins with your luggage down to the platform, no fee service, if you use Red Cap Luggage Service, you need to pay them.
