About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

hi..im asking 2 questions about Hong Kong travel pass

1. can i use travel pass to ride a buss or ferry..or even for peak tram...just like ordinary octopus card by top it up.

2, how you count the 3 consecutive days if you travelling for 5 days in HK.
If I buy the AE pass, does the first of the three consecutive days of unlimited travel begin on the day I use the first journey from the airport to the city, and do I need to use the return trip to the airport immediately after the third consecutive day in order for the return journey on the express to remain valid? or i still can use AE for return journey to airport in the day 5.

The AE looks like good value but I do need to make sure that the three consecutive days of unlimited travel are independent from the days I take the AE train to/from HK.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!thank you

1. Yes, you are right. By toping it up, you can use it to take the ferry and the peak tram.
2. The hree consecutive days of unlimited ride on MTR is counted from your first use, which is valid in 72 hours (Three Days). But you can still use the AE return trip in the day 5, for it is about 180 days valid.
